• All charges are payable in Ghana Cedis ( ¢ ) .
• All charges are VAT and NHIL exclusive.
• All charges are payable annually.
• The site shall be used for branding purposes in the name of a third party to Prospective Marketing Ltd.
• The minimum contract is 12 months.
• Renewal of the contract is the prerogative of the owner of the property but the owner should communicate to Prospective Marketing Ltd. in writing, three months before the expiration of the contract in the event on non - renewal.
• Prospective Marketing Ltd. shall provide maintenance of the site for the period of this contract agreement with respect of branding.
• Unless by the act of God should the site loose its beauty and the purpose for which it was engaged, Prospective Marketing Ltd. has the right to deduct the rental for the particular period that it occurs.
• Prospective Marketing Ltd. has the right to change artwork in at the inquest of their clients.

Production

• Proofs will be supplied upon acceptance of Quotations.
• 50 percent ( % ) deposit is required before the commencement of all jobs.
• All charges must be crossed and made payable to Prospective Marketing Ltd.
